I understand how tempting it is to stay up late after the kids have gone to bed.

You can add some lemon juice with honey into your warm luke water.
It’s incredible how one small action for your physical health can set you up for success when you have even bigger fitness goals.

Getting your body moving in the morning can help you feel more refreshed and energized.
If you don’t have time for a full cardio workout, try doing simple things instead, like yoga or running in place for a few minutes.
Having a workout plan and routine can definitely help calm your mind and body. You can choose to go for a run, cardio, weight training, or going to the gym.
Like most busy moms, I know it is challenging to get time to do. If I don’t get time in the morning, I plan to a time slot in the evening.

As I don’t feel productive, I used to follow only the actual task to accomplish. There is always a tomorrow! isn’t it?

Writing down your daily goals, things you are grateful for, and a plan of action will definitely reduce some of the stress from your day.
