You can select it according to your lifestyle and stick to it, which works for your family.
I like to have a load every day which is my favourite time saving laundry system hack.
Usually, after I get a shower, I put all my dirty clothes into the washing machine.
But, suppose I have fewer clothes to wash, I may get my beddings and other random stuff like bathing towels.
2. Simplify socks problem

Socks are the more time-consuming thing, matching up socks if you have small ones.
To fix this issue, I suggest each person gets one color and one style of socks.
This saves me a lot of my time searching for a sock that never gets its pair.

3. Sort your laundry by weight

Many are worried about sorting laundry by colour. However, it is the traditional way of doing laundry.
I would suggest doing laundry by weight, and it is an efficient way.
If I get color warning clothes, I would keep them separately and not mix them with other garments.
Keeping a separate hamper for this works.
If you wash just delicate items, you will be able to fit a lot more into the wash.
This is a time and money-saving hack! Your thinner items wouldn’t get damaged by heavier.
Another thing I have noticed is that everything comes super cleaned.

If you have a dryer, they will need the same drying time, and you can pop up altogether, and each one comes so nicely.
4. Manage your laundry sorting

Laundry sorting is a considerable task when facing a big pile of laundry items in different sizes, shapes, and materials.
Here you have some quick laundry sorting tips.
- Keep smaller baskets to separate light and dark color clothes.
- Get a nice laundry divides, so they will keep working for you.
- Skip the hamper putting task when laundry is so dusty and put them in the machine itself until it’s complete and ready to wash.
5. Get multiple laundry bins.
Be clever with your laundry hamper to help to organise all the different loads.
I do have laundry bins for other kinds of clothes, so this will be easy for me and require no sorting.
If you have grown-up kids, give them their hamper so that they were responsible for bringing clothes for washing.

I’m not too fond of this part of laundry. This may include the biggest complaint in home management.
I don’t know; I’m terrible at folding laundry, not an enjoyable task for me.
With the proper technique, I think you can do this! You will be spending less time folding and putting on clothes.
Please do yourself a favor, don’t chuck your beautifully clean washing into a laundry basket, only to take it upstairs to get out the clothes again and fold them as you put them away.
Simple two birds, one stone is the fold on the go into the basket technique.
Watching your favorite show while folding is another amazing hack.
I think it will make it go bit faster and the task will be entertaining.
7. Learn no iron laundry hacks

If you know some tips and tricks, you can avoid ironing job. I hate ironing also, same as folding; I don’t enjoy it!
This is my second favourite time saving laundry system hack!
- Hang everything
So after I finish my washing, I always hang outdoor clothes for drying.
This way helps me never ironing tasks; I can directly keep the clothes in my wardrobe space.
It saves time and space. You don’t end up hunting through huge messy laundry heap or messy drawers.
- Use a timer for your dryer
If you have a dryer, then this timer hack will be helpful.
If you don’t have an alarm, you can get a reminder for this. Set your alarm so you can remove the clothes quickly.
Hang or fold the laundry to stay wrinkle-free as soon as the dryer finishes.
- Wrinkle-free traditional laundry drying
In case if you don’t have a dryer, you can go for the traditional drying method.
After your machine washing is done, take each laundry hold on its sides and wobble or shake before hanging for drying up.
8. Wash your clothes inside out
You are washing your clothes inside out saves your money also.
Because it’s a good solution if you want to keep an item from fading since it won’t undergo the grind of washing and won’t rub against the other clothes, moreover, it can clean the laundry thoroughly and make them fresh.
9. Pre-treat stains as soon as they happen
Pre-treating stains may take a few extra minutes, but by attacking them as soon as they happen, you’ll save time in the long run.
You are no more battling dried-on dirt and holding up the rest of the load.

Always try these laundry hacks to get out the toughest stains or smells
- Vinegar to eliminate odor

- Baking soda for removing stains
- Lemon juice and baking soda deal well with sweat stains. Just rub the solution into the stain and wash the item after 15 minutes. Lemon juice isn’t designed for use in both colors, and white clothing lemon juice has bleaching power and may fade colors if not used correctly.
- Dishwashing liquid can help us get rid of ketchup stains. After washing your item with it, pour some hydrogen peroxide on the stain and leave it for 15 minutes. Then wash your garment as usual.
