You don’t have to sit at home in full makeup, but your brain needs to know that you are out of sleeping and in full productivity mode.
4.Plan Working Days and your Space
If you are used to working from 9 am to 5 pm, don’t stop. Use your inner clock and follow your habits and rituals as usual.
Having a great morning routine can influence your productivity tremendously.
All we need is to alternate periods of deep work and shallow work. We can focus when it is time for deep.
We can be available to interrupt when it is time to be superficial.
When you are likely to be interrupt, stay available.
If you do get some focused time during your shallow work periods, you can achieve that wonderful inbox zero feelings.
Don’t try to do deep work when interruption happens, or you will get frustration. You can only do your best work when you are focus.
