My Self-care Story
Before I started practicing self-care, I thought that it is waste of time.
I didn’t realize that without self-care I was spoiling myself. No physical self-care, no emotional self-care nothing!
I still remember my mind was flying like a kite without any string control and I was like a slave of emotions.
That’s when I decided if I want to have a healthy body with a healthy mind.
I should take the time out to make that happen. No one else is going to do it for me.

That’s what makes self-care practices that promote mind and body wellness so important.
There are different ways you can do self-care activities.
I would tell you to practice the whole self-care activities, instead practice what makes you feel happy and a complete soul.

If you have not even started any self-care habits start slowly and steadily and keep practicing as your daily routine.
Easy-to-adopt self-care practices include:

- Taking a 10-minute walk outside
- Going to sleep earlier
- Powering down your devices in the evening.
- Cooking with more nutritious ingredients.

It needs to be something created by you, for you.
