#8. Breakfast time (7:45 to 8:00 am)
Breakfast is so important, especially for a busy full-time working mom, so you have to have a good breakfast before your office hours.
Why eating breakfast before going to work is vital? After a night of sleep, six to nine hours for most people glucose levels are depleted, and eating breakfast restores glucose. It lifts that foggy feeling that many people have when they first wake up. Mental sharpness may not be the only thing that suffers when breakfast is short-changed.
I never skip my breakfast and I can’t remember any morning without breakfast. Make sure to have a good healthy breakfast daily in the morning. If you skip your breakfast you may fall sick easily, remember that your entire family depends on you.

We make sure to start at 8.10 am because kids need to reach school before 8.20 am. Soon after that, we will go to our respective offices, and start our work schedule. Try to stay calm while running to the school with kids, because if we seem restless kids may get that pressure in their heads.
#10. Office Work Hour
My office hours are from 9:15 am to 6:00 pm. The ideal daily working time is around 6 hours, and concentrate in the morning, so I focus and be productive during these work hours. This helps me to complete my daily tasks every day without due.
Establishing priorities in your office is necessary to complete everything that needs to be done. Prioritization is important because it can organize you at work and allow you to give your attention to tasks that are important and urgent so that you can later focus on lower-priority tasks.
Whenever you get some time in between your work hours, try to do some personal tasks like ordering groceries planning cleaning meal prep, etc. To keep track of everything I need to do for the day, I follow a simplified block schedule system planning.
