Let’s see which habits you need to start before New Year that can help you get closer to your goals.
Here are habits you can start before the new year for a smooth and successful life in 2024.
Habits To Start Before New Year #1. Wake Up A Bit Earlier
Waking up early was one of the most difficult habits that changed my life because I was a night owl but I know how good getting up a little earlier in the morning can be.
The morning is the most beautiful and important time of the day and it has the power to decide how our day can fall for us.
Moreover, getting up early has many advantages, such as
- have more time to prepare
- be more productive
- challenging tasks done so you have the rest of the day free.
- allows you to get organized and spend a calm and slow morning relaxing before going to work.
My top habit in New Year’s resolutions is to develop an early morning routine.
First, need to ease into the habit of waking up earlier and then gradually change.
How you can do this?
Change your wake-up time by 15 to 30 minutes earlier than your current schedule.
The key to this is that you should have a compelling reason to rise early, for example, whether for exercise, for having a healthy morning routine, or some other reasons that make you wake up.
So do this happen or to wake up early in the morning?
Establish an evening routine that includes winding down, If you are a busy working mom like me, you can adopt an easy nightly cleaning routine.
Start by moving your alarm clock 30 minutes earlier and regulate your body’s internal clock with a consistent and better sleep schedule even on weekends. All these routines prepare your mind to settle down for the next day.
As I mentioned start waking up early and become a morning person so that you are ready to go at the beginning of the New Year.

for personal satisfaction in having completed everything, having a daily to-do list is an excellent way to get the most important things done. To-do lists are important for prioritizing each task and for having an overview of the things you need to do, which makes me more excited each day.
Creating a realistic to-do list is that I wish I had developed earlier because having a to-do list saves you time, allows me to focus on the important things for the day, and gives me that extra push to be more productive during the day.
According to your preference use traditional methods or technology. To create your to-do list for the coming day designate a specific time each day, in the morning or evening to establish this habit. Start small and gradually make the to-do list into a daily routine that must be accomplished.

Most people write this goal on their list, but more than half of them abandon this habit a month after starting. The reason behind this it making a drastic change in your diet makes you give up more quickly because you aren’t used to it.
