There are some ways I do my responsibilities to run my family and my work. I hope you get some inspiration.

1. Wake up Before Your kids
This is the best way to start your day with some peace and quiet.
I usually do my prayers and skincare before my kids wake up and start demanding.
If you want to be more productive, I would recommend getting up an hour before your kids.
Even if you decide to wake up a simple 15 minutes before your kids and steal a moment to soak up the quiet stillness of the morning, you’ll feel so much more ahead of the day instead of running behind.
I took baby steps and started waking up before my kid and the results were life-changing. No, enormously, waking up early changed my life.
Try to sleep early to get a nice goodnight sleep to enjoy a less rushed and morning.
2. Create a routine
Create a routine that always keeps you ahead of the game.
Habits or routines are powerful, but they’re not easy to form particularly good habits.

5. Set your mind to calculate time for each task
When you set a time for each task in your mind, then the task completions automatically make your brain itself to finish it before it’s deadlines.
You are more likely to get it done. I usually give 30 minutes for the morning Basic Cleaning Routine.
I give just one hour to complete a task, I try to complete that task before that hour is up.
This makes me save a lot of time. I like to call work a Power task.
6. Take a break
It is said that taking regular breaks keep your productivity high.
Whenever I feel completely exhausted, I take a 15-minute break to lay down and give my backbone some rest.
Do what your body wants, as stated by your Physical and mental situation.
Giving your brain a break will also keep your mindset positive and prevent you from burnout.
