When I first started my online business, I was a very busy mom of two little ones. Still I am a very busy mother of two cute angels☺️.
From my busy life, I may not have any huge chunks of time to get everything done. But I did many little hours throughout the week, and I have done so many things in that 1 hour.
Pick your highest priority goal and dedicate that small-time every day to work on it.
It is challenging to work from home with kids, but gradually I found somewhat effortless with a good action plan.
Only it is a combination of organized and planned tasks. So here are some tips and tricks that I have done to achieve my online business goals.
And I hope these will change your life if you are stuck as a stay at home mom without any job.
1. Schedule your Task and Work with no Interruptions
I know it is so hard to finish several projects at a given time.
Building your online brand simultaneously as it needs more complicated things than your TO-DO list has tons of stuff on it.
Here is the thing we have to find the correct task at the right time. In a blog post, I had mentioned Extremely productive work from home to be very clear and specific about your deep work and shallow work.
With a little discipline and some proactive tactics, you can avoid any disruptions.
2. Practice Changes to Work and from Work

Work-life transmission is so vital for a very busy mom. A good planner makes your day far better to finish your home chores.
If it is too big a task to complete, you can start to have a massive impact on injustice a few dedicated minutes a day. I usually do my big job when my kids take naps.
You will feel like making some progress, even if you do not have much time to work on the project.
Try keeping a diary, and set out how much time you spend on each activity, both at work and outside.
That will give you an idea of your current work-life balance. You may also find it helpful to separate chores, school schedules, and vacations.

3. Do Things Closer To Your Goals
Little time is enough to see some progress each day. You will not fit in so many tasks if you may already get a busy schedule.
To achieve your goals first, you may have to determine what they are. Do not let this process overwhelm you.
Set a timer for five minutes and get all of your goals down on paper without worrying about how difficult achieving them will be.
After that, go back and brainstorm what changes you may have to implement or lifestyle adjustments to achieve your goals a reality.
Whatever you do, do not tuck your list in a drawer somewhere, but refer to it regularly.
Block time is a way to motivate yourself to keep you working consistently. It helps you to build momentum until you see something different.
4. Make Your time Extremely Productive

Time management is the best way to make sure you get all your most work done, and it must be much clear what you are doing in that productive minutes.
If not, spend one of your 15-minute chunks of time cut down any task into smaller. The piece remains too big if you can not do it in the same minutes, then spent another schedule to finish it.
It works to make things easier. I believe we have three slots for busy mothers to get a good chunk of time to break our work tasks.
I like the time during the kids take nap afternoon. And the time soon after they sleep at night and early morning.
5. Create a Routine
Stick to a good routine that makes you feel comfortable with your kids. Be prepared yourself and pick the time of day when you will get free minutes and block this time for your task.
It is essential to rest and recharge during the weekend, but it is also a smart idea to prepare yourself for the week ahead, including how you plan on achieving your goal.
To hold your precious time, you must be punctual with your kid’s daily routine. Sometimes it may change or would not happen for what we input, but that is ok! Try and go with your routine.
On Sunday night, set aside some time to select your outfit for the following day or week, plan meals, and organize your to-do list.
You can rest better, minimize stress, and have more time for the work you are passionate about.
6. Be Yourself Responsible

To follow all these rules and steps, then it is so important to be responsible.
Keep on visualizing your goals and dreams and let someone else know about your plans. It is excellent to make you feel positive and motivates you.
While procrastination may seem unavoidable, try the 15-minute rule: Set a timer for 15 minutes, and commit to working on something you have been putting off for ages.
You might gain some momentum and not feel like stopping once the time is up.
I like to write some running lists of what I have to accomplish. It is very satisfying when each one of the tasks seems to be complete. I want to tick on those executed projects from my running list.
7. Be Confident and Believe in Yourself

I had wasted a ton of my energy thinking about a long to-do list. Work little by little rather than stop thinking about the things in your brain.
In this method, START makes you implement CHANGE instead of thinking about the CHANGE.
Motivate yourself to achieve your goals by rewarding yourself.
You might treat yourself to your favorite dessert, a spa treatment, or just a lazy day off.
Whatever the case, make sure your reward system is alluring enough to motivate you to work hard but modest enough to be sustainable in the long run.
These small stepping stones should be enough for you to stop beating yourself and to start feeling motivated. These actions tackle your goals and make them more confident and proud.
Conclusion
It is ok to dream big, but that also means you need to plan big.
Bigger your goal, the more your organization and the motivation it will require.
Stop thinking and take action. We all get enough and same amount of time. It is our priority to makes the difference.
If you prepare to put in the effort to make a step-by-step plan, follow it to the best of your ability, set your vision high, and get started.
Figure out yourself you will be implementing change in no time.
