It’s a huge responsibility that falls on our heads. When my kids take a nap, I always try to squeeze out all my tasks to reach the finishing point.
If you do anything over and over long enough, your emotions may play for your body and mind that may start to fade.
Before I realized that I could be happy only when I could fetch it from my heart, it’s a decision that results in productivity.
On some of my days, a never-ending to-do list may continue to overwhelm you. Tiredness and frustration take control, and it is hard to enjoy the day.

- A miserable situation reaches into the stage of explanation that always keeps you focused on the problem instead of a solution, and it is terrible for your brain and health.
These happy mom tips helped me to gear up during my stages of burnouts.
Still, I can remember when I had broken down and promised my husband that I would try to be better with good emotions.
It’s all due to the frustration that we make, drag us into miserable situations.
We’re only looking for a healthy balance to break down our responsibilities have done to enjoy the time with the kids.
Feeding our soul is so important, and we don’t lose our joy and happiness in motherhood.

For this analysis, you initially have to know how your feeling described, ‘ I’m feeling annoyed. I’m feeling angry.
I can explain this biologically when you have so much stress in your brain becomes extremely sensitive to your surroundings.
Thus your brain reacts even the smallest of an everyday nuisance as a threat against your survival.
Here is the thing, analyze and tag your feelings because your brain is responsible for it. Thus you can settle down your brain activities and makes your mind calm.
That was weird for me when I practiced it. But trust me, these will works!
2. Calm Down for a happy mind
Now, we realized the wrong feeling inside the mind and body. So, this is the time to flush out the toxins from our body.

There comes this Breathing Technique that stops your body’s stress response and lowers your heart rate.
- Breathe in for 3 seconds, and make your head to make sure you don’t rush it.
- Hold the breath for one second and exhale for 6 seconds.
- Repeat the steps 1-3 times.
This inhaling and exhaling process helps in calming down your body and soul. This is one of the smart habits of happy and productive working moms.

Self-care is not selfish!
If we are not ok, nobody in the family is ok. Mothers have the power to set the time for everyone’s day.
It’s so important to prioritize yourself because your kids are watching. When they grow, your actions become louder than your words.

When you start the day confident in the clothes you dress will be ready to conquer whatever comes to you.
Getting dressed makes you feel polished and pulled together and reminds you that you look pretty damn good when you make little effort to get dressed.
7. Do Physical Activities

Mainly it’s helpful if we feel frustrated and can deliver some of the negative pent-up energy.
You may know that exercise boosts your endorphins, which is a chemical that helps you fight stress.
It also prompts your body to release a unique protein. This protein is responsible for happiness and helps to flush the adrenaline from your system.
If you are a busy parent, then I’m not suggesting you go for an hour-long run every time.
I have found one way to do physical exercise with young kids. Encouraging them to do with us makes them busy and involved.
8. Be Realistic
We moms do better than expected! I always think that I can do it all, due to these thoughts in my head made me frustrated with these unrealistic goals. Please don’t do it.
It’s crucial to-do daily routine without any switch-off, so include only one big thing instead of everything you wish you could do.
Break down your day and be efficient with your time by committing to one big responsibility per day.
9. Be Thankful
Life is not an easy game to play. It got many ups and downs. Always think of things you are thankful.
I don’t say to unite them down every day in your notes.
Just think about it, and it will become a remain yourself of reasons to feel blessed in the middle of a challenging or unexpected obstacle.
Whether these things are big or small, you are grateful for giving you a reason to smile and will keep you focused.
10. Ask for Help
If you are a hardworking mom, don’t be shy to ask for help before things get bad.
Whenever we feel overwhelmed, and have too many things on our plate, then we can reach out to a babysitter, grandparents, siblings, or neighbor who I can trust and can lend some time to watch my kids for a few hours.
A little teeny help also seems to be a blessing. Support doesn’t always come in the form of child care.
It may mean someone who can clean your home, help to drop your kid in school so on.
11. Let it Go Easily
